- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup wheatgrass fresh
- 2 cups spinach
- 3 pineapple spears
- 1/2 lemon peeled
- 1 small green apple cored
- 1 tablespoon fresh or ground ginger
- 1 cup ice cubes
