Blueberry Banana Wheatgrass Smoothie

This smoothie has a couple of my go-to ingredients as a foundation: blueberries and banana.

You can use fresh or frozen. They both pack a punch of nutrients, and the flavor combination is hard to beat.

Add in some superfoods such as Chia and hemp seeds, spinach, and flax, topped off with our focus ingredient of wheatgrass and you have a smoothie that will take you through the morning with energy and pizzazz!​

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds (pre-soaked)
  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • ½ Banana
  • ½ Cup blueberries
  • 30ml of wheat grass juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth.
  2. All done! Enjoy!!
